Opportunity should not depend on where you start.

Devon Bailey is an entrepreneur from Luton whose work is shaped by a simple belief: where somebody starts should not decide how far they can go. He is driven by building useful things, helping people move forward and turning uncertainty into practical progress.

DEV brings together that mindset with first-class study in Business & Entrepreneurship, company-building through BRDGthegap and mentoring through Cambridge Judge's Ignite Young Minds programme. Devon's approach is practical: understand what matters, test assumptions and turn ideas into something people can actually use.

The wider ambition is to build businesses and opportunities that open doors rather than close them. That same belief sits behind BRDGthegap's long-term mission: making the opportunities of now and the future more accessible, regardless of circumstance.
